New rules from Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, requires that as of June 20th, you no longer need to contact your current Broadband provider before you switch to a new provider.
Your new provider will deal with everything, so the process of switching provider should be easier than ever. In summary:
- You will no longer need to obtain a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC Code) when looking to change providers
- Instead, your new provider will manage the migration process on your behalf, meaning the transition from one provider to another should be seamless with little or no downtime for you as a user.
If your current service isn’t meeting your business needs then why not consider an EFM or Leased Line Connection? You could be eligible for up to £3,000 from the government to put towards upgrading your Connectivity. Find out if you are eligible by clicking here.
Alternatively, please contact the sales team at Class Networks who will be happy to discuss options with you – 0333 800 8822.
